Thin Sheet Extrusion Machines

The extruder, that is, the screw extrusion machines, relies on the pressure and shear force generated by the rotation of the screw, so that the material can be fully plasticized and evenly mixed. Extruder is widely used in pipe extrusion: suitable for PP-R pipe, PE gas pipe, ABS pipe, PVC pipe, and various co-extruded composite pipe.

The extrusion machines used by CN Mould & Plastic Limited  has the following advantages:

1. Vacuum can be set 1, 2 or multiple vacuum, so that the exhaust gas is removed to the MAX limit.

2. Various forms of net change: manual, automatic, hinge, simplex, multi-station, a variety of effective ways for customers to achieve filtering purposes.

3. It can be configured with a variety of feeding forms: single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, side feeding, liquid filling system, etc., to meet the different feeding requirements.

4. The power part can be set to AC frequency control or DC speed control to achieve stepless speed control.
