Optical Measuring Machine（OMM）

he Optical measuring machine uses its own hardware CCD and grating ruler to transmit the optical signal to the data acquisition card of the computer through USB and RS232 data lines. It converts the optical signal into electrical signal. Then the image is imprinted on the computer monitor by  optical measuring machine, and the operator makes rapid measurement on the computer. Optical measuring machine is mainly used in the field of two-dimensional measurement, such as some thin-wall parts, plastic parts, hardware, semiconductors, new energy materials, mobile phone accessories, computer accessories, etc. Compared with coordinate measuring machine(CMM), optical measuring machine  has wider application range. It has the advantages of low cost, convenient operation and simple maintenance.
