Compared with the producting process of thermoplastics, the producting process of LSR is indeed more complex, which poses a greater challenge to both processors and equipment suppliers. LSR requires the use of two-component injection molding equipment, while thermoplastics usually require only one-component equipment.
The vulcanization rate of LSR is very fast, so the processor needs to operate the equipment quickly and accurately to ensure the quality of the product and production efficiency.
